Pyxera Global officers, employees (whether full-time, part-time, or temporary), directors, contractors, volunteers, and Global Pro-Bono Program Participants have a responsibility to report any action or suspected action taken within PyxeraGlobal that they in good faith has reasonable cause to believe involves any of these (collectively, “Violations”):
- Incorrect financial reporting.
- Unlawful, fraudulent or unethical activity.
- Activities that violate the adopted policies of Pyxera Global, including the Code of Business Conduct and Bylaws.
- Activities that otherwise amount to serious improper conduct.
Violations should be reported by any one or more of these methods:
- Email the Chief Operating Officer.
- Email the Outside General Counsel of Pyxera Global.
- Complete the Ethics Complaint Form (anonymously or with identification).
