Championing Global Health – Examining the UN’s SDGs
Approximately 29,000 children under the age of five die every day, mainly from preventable causes. According to UNICEF, more than half of the 11 million children who die each year could be saved by low-tech, cost-effective measures. Poor health and premature death is not limited to children, and while significant strides have been made to address key health challenges, massive needs remain.
This virtual event brought together leaders with diverse experience working across the public, private, and social sectors to discuss how their commitment to tri-sector partnership makes their impact in improving global health possible.
