Allison was a program manager within PYXERA Global's Enterprise and Community Development Department. In this role she managed the USAID-funded Ghana Supply Chain Development (SCD) Program, which seeks to increase the sustainable participation of Ghanaian small and medium enterprises in the procurement of employment contracts with the oil and gas sector in Ghana.
Allison has extensive experience in field-level community development, microfinance, and SME sector development in both Mozambique and the US. In addition to her work at Partners for Development and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique, she worked at Building Markets, where she facilitated 15 loans with Mozambican SMEs, valued at $3.5 million USD. As part of the Microfinance team in the SME Financing Department at OPIC, she evaluated loans of up to $50 million USD, and developed credit papers and credit committee presentations.
