Amy Ratcliffe is Director of Program Analytics at PSI. As an organization that prides itself on measurable results, her team is responsible for the tracking and accountability of outputs and health impact across the PSI network. She has twenty years of experience in research and evaluation of global health and development programs and is a leader in measurement for accountability and attribution approaches for social impact. Amy is a strong advocate for evidence as a catalyst, with programmatic feedback loops and contributions to sectoral learning. Amy was trained at Harvard as an epidemiologist and demographer specializing in health in developing countries. Previously, Amy worked at the UK Medical Research Council, the US CDC, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She has consulted with the private sector, participated in measurement advisory groups for different sectors, and contributed to UN and WHO working groups.
