Babar is an Atlas Corps Fellow serving at PYXERA Global where he will gain a thorough understanding of three main programs of PYXERA Global that includes integrated community development, global pro-bono and local content development. He is actively engaged to develop and practice M&E framework & tools, program management and reporting skills. This specifically includes supporting program management and proposal writing in the Enterprise and Community Development (ECD) division of PYXERA Global. Moreover; Babar also supports M&E division in creating M&E frameworks and tools and survey administration. Babar will also contribute to the impact assessment of PYXERA Global programs that relates to an impact report production for the 25th Anniversary of the organization.

Prior to his engagement with PYXERA Global, Babar has worked in the Monitoring and Evaluation Section of Aga Khan Rural Support Program, an international development organization mainly focusing on rural development. He facilitated agriculture value chain development project funded by USAID and youth leadership and employability enhancement project funded by DFATD (Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) Canada. Babar holds a Master Degree in International Development from University of Glasgow U.K.
