As Manager of Impact and Learning at PYXERA Global, Diane works cross-departmentally to conduct human-centered research and M&E to assess impact, improve learning, and drive positive social change.
Prior to working at PYXERA Global, Diane led quantitative and qualitative research and consulting projects with think tanks including Samuel Hall, Arqaam, and ThinkPlace, with a focus on migration and food security in conflict and post-conflict environments. She’s led and contributed to research projects for the EU, WFP, ILO, IOM, UNICEF, DFID, Mercy Corps, NRC, GAIN, CARE, and more, including the design of large-scale M&E systems for humanitarian programs with up to $40M in funding. She also has experience at USAID.
She previously lived in Kenya, and has worked in or traveled to over 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. She holds a BA, summa cum laude, in International Studies from the University of Washington.
