Ken is the Chief of Party for the Ghana Supply Chain Development Program. Ken has a career as a senior international development specialist.  Prior to this new assignment, Mr. McGhee spent the previous three years with Tullow Oil Ghana, Ltd. in Takoradi as Corporate Social Responsibility Projects Manager.  In that role, he was responsible for successful delivery of CSR projects, stakeholder relations and new business development initiatives. Before joining Tullow Ghana, Ltd. he served in corporate social responsibility and government relations capacities for EGLNG (Equatorial Guinea Liquid Natural Gas) and Bechtel Corporation both in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

For more than fifteen years, Ken has worked in responsible positions internationally.  Ken worked as a Country Representative for Africare, Inc. in Angola and Egypt.  In Egypt, Ken was responsible for opening Africare’s first Country Office. Ken’s international career began with his work at the United States Department of State. In the past, he has served as a Foreign Service Officer (Consular Affairs) in Venezuela, Botswana, and Washington, DC.  Ken holds law degree from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
