Mike Lachance was a Senior Program Coordinator at PYXERA Global, where he offered project support across multiple sectors and regions for the Enterprise & Community Development Department.
Before joining the PYXERA Global team, Mike taught entrepreneurship classes and advised small businesses for two years in Senegal as a member of the Peace Corps. He graduated from Bowdoin College with a BA in economics and environmental studies and has also worked for a small energy consulting company. Mike is professionally proficient in French and Pular, a Fula language spoken mostly in Senegal and Guinea. He is passionate about building trust with communities in order to achieve sustainable and locally-driven small business development.
