Nathalia Montoya Casanova is a Program Associate at PYXERA Global where she provides logistical support and facilitates the internal and external communication activities for Global Pro Bono Projects in Latin American and around the world. In addition, she assists the team with the management of the PYXERA Global’s International Corporate Volunteerism (ICV) Leadership Council, promoting the collaboration and networking of representatives from member companies in order to expand field of ICV and highlight its impact on participants, corporations, and other global stakeholders.

Nathalia is a 2014 graduate of American University’s School of International Service (SIS) where she earned a B.A. in International Economics Relations with a concentration in International Business Management. As a native Spanish speaker, she is also conversational in Portuguese and French. Before joining the PYXERA Global team, she held internships at the Belgium Fulbright Commission for Educational Exchange in Brussels, the Organization of American States (OAS), the Embassy of Brazil in Washington D.C, and at Partners of the Americas. She is passionate about international development, social entrepreneurship and community engagement and currently volunteers as a bilingual tutor helping underserved youth and families at Centronia, a bilingual charter school in Washington D.C.
