Ann Oden is Pyxera Global’s country director for Nigeria, where she manages Global Pro Bono programs and oversees Pyxera Global’s overall portfolio. Ann has over 20 years of experience in international development, spanning her work with USAID in Nigeria where she served as a senior program management specialist for Education. Ann is a dynamic, creative educator, experienced in project and program management, and training. She has also served as a Biand international development specialist and has profound expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs, institutional strengthening, and organizational development.

Ann is a renowned gender rights activist and advocate with a track record of successful work with international development agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations in Nigeria, Africa, the UK, and the US.
