Board Member (Volunteer): Focus on Finance and Audit

About This Role

We are seeking a Board member with a robust background in Finance and audit-related matters. Applicants are those who are or have been Partners in audit firms or Chief Financial Officers (CFOs). This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission by providing financial leadership and playing a crucial role in our audit committee. 

Board meetings are held four times yearly, and members attend in person (preferred) or virtually. In addition to general board responsibilities, our ideal candidate will bring substantial financial expertise, audit related experience, and insights into financial sustainability. 

Requirements

Pyxera Global is looking for individuals with a global worldview and a passion for finance. Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Finance and or audit expertise, ideally as Partner of an Audit firm or CFO 
  • Ability to join and/or chair the audit committee 
  • Knowledge of audits and international financial issues 
  • Experience navigating complex financial structures
