Jacquelyn Omotalade serves as the Chief Programs & Impact Officer at Pyxera Global, leading the integration of Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Business Development into a unified Impact & Growth engine. In this role, Jacquelyn drives the organization’s work to scale circularity, expand skills‑based volunteering, and grow community‑owned climate solutions worldwide.
Jacquelyn is a Fulbright Scholar, lawyer, and seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience spanning climate investments, SBV program development, global policy, and strategic partnerships. She previously served as Climate Investments National Director at Dream.Org, where she advanced equitable climate lending models and leveraged SBV to support the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). Earlier in her career, she led the San Francisco Environment Commission as President, where she spearheaded groundbreaking environmental regulations and policies. Jacquelyn also launched CALPACT, training more than 5,000 professionals annually, establishing multiple offices, and creating online curricula to expand workforce capacity. In addition, she has worked in the private sector at Enjoy Technologies, managing and scaling partnerships in a startup environment.
Internationally, Jacquelyn has contributed to initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the Indo‑Pacific, focusing on circularity, renewable energy, and digital justice. She is also a Fellow of the Indo‑Pacific Leadership Lab, where she collaborates with leaders from across the region to address climate crisis challenges.
At Pyxera Global, Jacquelyn is spearheading flagship initiatives including the Circular Supply Chain Coalition, Circular City Coalition, tiered SBV packages, and community‑based remanufacturing hubs in the U.S. Her leadership emphasizes equity, measurable outcomes, and systems‑level change, ensuring that historically marginalized communities are central to both climate transitions and SBV programming.
